This case is good if you drop your phone a lot. The case will break off and leave your phone intact. The rubberized stuff rubs off the corners pretty easily and after months of abuse (I'm hard on my stuff), the little plastic nub that clips in the belt clip broke off. Up until then, it was great.
The case cover fits exceptionally well. After repeated drops, I've found it very durable, and it still hasn't fell off.It has entry points for all necessary cables, power switches, buttons, etc.I found the belt clip worthless. Good thing the cover was so sleek.it adds virtually zero bulk to the phone.
This little baby snaps on easy with a little pressure. And once it snaps into place, it's not going anywhere. You continue to have access to all your keys and controls. It just gives your phone that little extra added protection.
Very cheaply made plastic. I bought this and really liked it. All I can say is what do you expect for $2.28 + shipping. Unfortunately in less than a week of owning, while standing next to my son my phone fell to the ground so I picked it up and noticed the back of the case was still clipped to my belt. After taking a look at the back of the case 2 of the clips had broken allowing my phone to fall out of the case. Should have known better. Never again.
It was less than $3, so it was worth what I paid. Small screw, few threads to catch.
I basically want it to last until July, when I am planning on replacing the phone. Okay, let's start off with this: I wasn't purchasing this phone holder expecting it to last forever.
Probably close to 2", which means it catches things fairly frequently (see item 1 above).* It was a real challenge to install the belt clip "nob" onto the back plate cover. I hope it will make it that long.Pros:* Cheap* Nice matte black finishCons:* Face plate frequently falls off (yes, I checked all the tabs and they are in place)* Phone "extends" when getting into a car.
I realize that this is a problem with the phone, not the hold, but it is a problem because this holder doesn't keep it from happening as does a leather holder.* Phone with belt clip sticks out fairly far from body. Lots of aggravation.In general.
If you need something to last longer and be more protective, try other options.
